This service is provided to you at no additional cost.
To ensure your privacy, please note that only your First and Last name was used for enrollment—no other personal information (such as your Social Security Number, Home Address, or Phone Number) was shared with the vendor.
If the identity of you or an immediate family member in your household is compromised or at risk, we encourage you to reach out to ID Resolution at 877-308-9169. During the call, you will be asked to provide additional information to assist in processing your request.
